Introduce yourself

Last night i went out to Max fish in the lower east side it was John Stainer's 50th Birthday, for those that don't know who he is, he was the drummer for Helmet, Tomahawk and now Battles. It was cool cuz it wasn't exclusive so anyone could come out and thanks to the magic of social media i found out earlier that day and made it on time. As soon as i got there i recognize Roddy Bottum right away, he's the keyboardist for one of my all time favorite bands Faith No More so of course i had to politic a little and snap some pics. He has this new artsy noise kinda band now and playing this Sunday somewhere in Brooklyn if you're good with the internets just google him. i leave you with this PEACE!

A Tribe Called Quest - The Space Program

This video flew past my radar, back in the day we had "Mtv" or "The box" hell even some radio stations at night had amazing programs to give us the latest..Now it's up to us to search and dig for good music or follow your favorite band/group to see what kind of art they're still making. this one was bitter sweet cuz i know Phife is gone (RIP)but so glad they made one last album. The only reason you don't hear it on the radio is cuz it's too Powerful, 3dimensional and has depth.
